Included in the class: use of Baby Lock sewing machines, irons and ironing boards, and all instruction
What you will need: fabric (at 78 four-inch squares and 1.5 yards for backing), assembly kit ($32) with pattern, thread, and your favorite notions. Fabric, assembly kit with pattern, thread, and notions available in the Soulfully Stitched Studio Shop. We request that Aurifil, Gutermann, or Mettler thread be used for machine health.

She supports the Next Threads Kids and Teens, assisting young sewists with foundational skills, helping them build confidence at the machine, and ensuring they understand safe, accurate sewing practices. Jane is also the instructor behind the giant quilted bow class, focusing on straightforward construction, clean finishing techniques, and repeatable results. In class, she provides step?by?step instruction, demonstrates each stage of assembly, and helps students troubleshoot fit, structure, and quilting choices. Her pattern design for the giant quilted bow has made it easy for class participants to replicate the results at home. Her work reflects a practical, skill?centered approach to sewing education, and she continues to contribute to both youth programming and pattern development at Soulfully Stitched. |
